Provides health care, education, job training, counseling, and substance abuse
prevention services to enable youth ages 12-25 to become productive, financially
independent, and healthy members of society. Seeks to empower and improve youth,
parents, and collaborating agencies through productive and healthy partnership
to create positive change and to respond constructively to the most problematic
concerns of youth in our communities.
