St. Ann’s Community is well known in Rochester for providing our older adults with exceptional care. We were founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph and have been in existence for over 135 years. We proudly offer a complete continuum of care ranging from independent senior living to 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our philosophy of Person-Centered Care means that each member of our community experiences life fully in a place filled with warmth, compassion and love
