RSVP, part of the national Senior Corps and sponsored locally by LIFESPAN, is the largest mobilizer and "volunteer matchmaker" for people age 55 and older. We provide volunteer opportunities in Monroe County that effectively
use their life experiences as well as enrich the quality of their lives through the
volunteer experience. We help meet critical needs in the community. RSVP holds orientation/information sessions twice monthly at Lifespan for those interested in volunteering. RSVP volunteers can find opportunities that are flexible, make use of their skills, and allow them to lead with experience. RSVP volunteers are covered with no-cost supplemental accident and liability insurance while on volunteer duty. RSVP is the one-stop shop to find your perfect volunteering "home."
