RSVP is the largest volunteer mobilizing and linking program for people age 55 and older in the country. We enable these volunteers to use their experience and aptitudes to meet critical needs in the local community by matching them with local nonprofit agencies. Our RSVP volunteers get to choose where they want to serve, how much time they wish to spend, and when they wish to volunteer. All volunteers are covered with no-cost supplemental accident and liability insurance while on duty. Other benefits are also available.

RSVP has expanded to Livingston County, where volunteers are able to connect with meaningful opportunities in their local community through our program.

Volunteers Needed

Community Engagement Reps to help recruit all ages of volunteers for various opportunities in their local community.
People who like to drive: to take older adult or disabled neighbors to medical appointments.
Friendly visitors and non-medical caregivers for older adults and handicapped county residents.
Tutors/Mentors to work with school-aged children in programs throughout Livingston County, particularly in the Dansville and Mt. Morris areas.
Tutors for adults in basic literacy and English as a Second Language.
