InterVol is a Rochester community, nonprofit organization whose volunteers’ actions impact the lives of individuals in our community, nation, and the world. We have three main programs, with many projects within each: (1) RUMS (Recovery of Unused Medical Supplies) from local hospitals, private practices, and individuals, which are redistributed locally, nationally, and internationally; (2) VMP (Volunteer Medical Professionals) currently travel to Belize and Haiti to offer free consults and surgeries to those in need; (3) FAB (Friends Across Borders) giving local students (elementary through graduate) the opportunity to make a difference in the global community.
