Daystar is the only licensed Group Family Child Care Home for medically fragile
infants in Western New York. The children range in age from birth to three years.
Daystar provides complete medical childcare services which include nursing-supervised
foster care, childcare, respite care, advocacy, and family support in a safe
and stimulating home environment. The infants suffer from serious medical complications,
physical disabilities, and developmental needs.
