The Cypher, a new downtown youth arts initiative, is happening after school (daily, 3:00 to 6:30 p.m.) throughout the school year. It works with youths (ages 13-20) interested in music & recording, guitar, singing, photography, video, design, silk screen, writing, slam poetry, or painting. It is FREE and there are snacks and a warm meal.
