A faith-based agency that reaches out to families with loved ones in long-term, critical, and palliative care units. Gift bags filled with items such as personal care products, a Caregiver's Guide, and a message of hope are given to loved ones as a symbol of hope and support. More than 1500 gift bags were delivered last year.

- travel-size items: contact lens solution, lip balm, mouthwash, shavers, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, tissues, deodorant
