Catholic Charities of Livingston County serves the poor, the working poor and
the most vulnerable in society by providing direct assistance, advocating for
social and economic justice, and encouraging self-sufficiency through education
and support.
All CCLC services are provided free of charge and on a
non-discriminatory, non-sectarian basis.

Volunteers Needed
Desperate Need: Drivers for elderly and non-driving neighbors to medical appointments

Food Pantry volunteers (for Mt. Morris Site)
Personal Budget Counselors to work one-on-one with families to help guide in
financial stability (bill paying, budgeting, etc.) Clerical assistant for Connections Program.
Volunteer monitor for Clothing Cupboard (free children's clothing site).
Mentors for youth ages 6-14, one-on-one. (Must be 21 or older.)
Visiting homebound.
Home repairs.
Episodic furniture transportation: pick up donations, take to recipients or
storage. (Great group opportunity!)
Assist women in a sewing/quilting program (sewing skills helpful).
Assistance with bulk mailings (episodic opportunity).
eBay volunteers.
"Phone Pals" for Daily Hello Program to call one homebound person
daily.
Nonprofit storefront volunteers: to aid in development & support of Connections
Program.
